Welcome, I am glad you are here. Life's challenges can lead us to seek support at different times. You may be experiencing a life transition, coping with a loss, feeling overwhelmed, or sensing that something in your life needs to change. I primarily work with women and offer a supportive space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the changes your want for your life. I have worked in the helping field for over eighteen years. My experience includes hospice care, supporting youth aging out of foster care, and working with youth and adults experiencing homelessness. My work has included supporting individuals through life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem and motivation. It would be an honor to work with you.
